    Center for Sight continuously cancels appointments for Opthalmologist and Optometrist exams without notifying me.
    I make arrangements travel long distances with another driver only to be told my doctor no longer works there or didn't show up.
    For persons with serious retinal diseases this amounts to no less than medical malpractice as bi annual retinal checkups are not being performed on time.
    The doctors failed numerous times to obtain my surgical records although I had filled the forms for them to get them.
    Center for Sight should not be treating patients and the state should shut this practice down as they are endangering the health of patients by not seeing them as scheduled and keeping the same doctor and Optometrist.
